So it seems I am a bit obsessed with our leafy friends at the moment. From paintings to jewellery, I LOVE trees!
I’ve taken the tree of life symbol and worked with it, incorporating it into a leaf shape (complete with veins!) and added a glossy brown glass bead for a seed. A complete cycle of life.
The finished result still needs a bit of neatening up I think but overall its worked out OK.
Its been so great getting back to the jewellery. I just wish I could do both painting and wire work – but it takes a different mindset so I tend to concentrate on one or the other. I wish I had two brains!!
